1. Users and User Eligibility. By using the Service, the individual or entity becomes a Service user (a "User"). The service is free for purchasers of services. This Agreement is a legal agreement between VAHeatingandAir and the User. This Service is only available to individuals and entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. The Services are not available to anyone under 18 years old. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Service. Each User represents that all information supplied by it is true and accurate. Without limitation any speculative, false or fraudulent service requests or responses to requests are prohibited. VAHeatingandAir may refuse its Service to anyone at any time or remove any service provider or buyer from the Service at any time, in its sole discretion.
